Statement of Philosophy

American Legion Post 320 Baseball has been formed to support the dreams of young men between the ages of 14 & 19 who have the passion and desire to play baseball. We are dedicated to assisting these young men with their development of skills and maturity they will need to achieve their life goals both on and off the field. It is our goal to provide a program that will expose them to a competitive level in baseball that will give them the needed advantage to proceed to the next level.

Pursuit of these dreams will be done under the described rules and regulations for American Legion Baseball and pertains to all participants in the program. Promotion of team spirit, positive reinforcement, skill development, and respect for the fans, competitors, and fellow team members is our basic objective. This is our commitment to the dreams and excellence of our players.
