The board of directors consists of 3 to 11 voting members. The officers
consist of a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer. There
are also two non-voting members, the past president and the legal council.
The board is responsible for all functions and decisions of the
organization other than on the field of play. The Head Coach is responsible
for all decisions on the field of play.
Board members will also choose and head committees of non-parents in order
to accomplish the necessary functions, such as fundraising, concessions,
grievance and field maintenance.
Elections to the Board will be in September at an annual membership
meeting. Each board of director is elected for a two year term. Directors
elected to officer positions may serve longer. All board meetings are open to
members of Post 320. Any one interested in becoming a board member should
attend these meetings so they may better understand the functions of the
board.
